Returns
At Dreachi, we believe that luxury should always meet your expectations. We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If for any reason you are not delighted with your order, we are here to assist you. Please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We understand that sometimes a product may not be as expected. You may return products if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The product is not part of any non-returnable category, such as personalized, custom-made, or intimate items.
Please Note: Certain items, such as handcrafted goods and limited edition pieces, may not be eligible for return due to their unique nature. We will clearly state this on the product page for your awareness.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, our team will send you a Return Authorization along with return instructions. Please do not return any items without prior approval.
- Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging, if possible.
3. Conditions for Returns
The following conditions must be met for a return to be processed:
- The product must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed) and with all tags and labels intact.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation that were originally included.
- Footwear: If returning shoes, they must be in their original box, without any signs of wear.
Note: Any product that does not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to you.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to their exclusive or personalized nature. These include:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Perishable goods or items that have a limited shelf life.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact our customer service team for clarification before initiating the return.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the original purchase.
Note: If the new item is of a higher value, we will charge the difference. If it is of a lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:
- Report within 48 hours: Contact our customer service team as soon as you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Include clear images of the damage or incorrect item.
- Return Authorization: We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or full refund, at no additional cost to you.
- Return Shipping: We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
8. International Returns
For international orders, the return process remains the same; however, please note the following:
- Return shipping costs for international returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed as part of the return process.
