Please Note: Certain items, such as handcrafted goods and limited edition pieces, may not be eligible for return due to their unique nature. We will clearly state this on the product page for your awareness.

2. Return Process

The following conditions must be met for a return to be processed:

• Footwear: If returning shoes, they must be in their original box, without any signs of wear.

Note: Any product that does not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods or items that have a limited shelf life.
